The Neutronics - This band is from the quaint little university
town of Tübingen, located on the scenic Neckar river in southwest
Germany. They have been playing ‘60s Garage Punk/Pop during the ‘90s in
one form or another. Their first release is the ''Sweet Ann" - ''Sweet
Man" 7-inch on Middle Class Pig. ''Sweet Ann" is for the sex-starved,
hormone driven boys out there. For a sweeter version from a female point-of-view,
flip the record over and enjoy its flipside ''Sweet Man" by the Goncholettes
(The Neutronics with a female singer).
The same song twice, two different versions-''Sweet Ann" is more ‘60s
Punk oriented; ''Sweet Man" is psychedelic pop with a 12-string and a
sitar. Either way, you can’t lose.
